Governance at Immanuel-Trinity

On January 19, 2014 at a called congregational meeting, Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church voters adopted a resolution to approve the revised Constitution and By-Laws as were presented after some discussion. At the January 26, 2014 Annual Congregational meeting, the revised Constitution and By-Laws were ratified which will now be used by our Governing Board and all other entities of the congregation to adhere to the Constitution and By-Laws, as well as achieve the strategic objectives of the congregation as they have been prayerfully considered and approved.
