Building Usage Request Form (Rental) and Procedure

We also wish to share our Gym and some facilities with our neighbors and community when the schedule permits.

Because of the high cost of maintenance and utilities, it is necessary for building users to help defray costs. To reserve the building or request more information please complete this Immanuel-Trinity Building Usage Request Form

Our building rental procedure will apply to all rentals or building usage requests from both members and non-members seeking to use the Immanuel-Trinity facilities.

When this form is submitted, the Church Council will determine if the requests are aligned with the Mission of the church.

Once approved by the Church Council, the requester will be contacted and determine the availability of the date and time of the event(s) and then work to refine the details of the rental.

We hope this process will help us to properly address the needs of the renter and ensure we provide the rental request. Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we incorporate these procedures to enhance the use and operation of our building.
